Small treasures : the Kerala dosa

Now that’s a fancy way to arrange a pancake!
We’re in India and, remember, everything’s here gets an extra bit of staging. This is a dosa, like its French cousin, the crêpe, it can be either a snack or a meal, depending on the filling and the quantity you eat! It’s generally filled with chutneys and/or curries, but the one above is plain. This was served for breakfast and I ain’t brave enough to have anything curry-related in the morning. On that day, some nice pineapple jam did the job for me!
