The trees there are old and tortuous, shaped by the winds and dry heat. Soon we'll meet again. Soon.

When we moved here I tended to worry about being short on stuff, be it hard to get or trivial.
We had to learn to shop accordingly if we didn't want to go to the store too often. It's 10 minutes away by car but it felt like a waste of time and lack of common sense to go often.
I started to value things that were hard to find here, or you had to order or bring back from elsewhere (Paris or Italy!).
Of course now this sounds like we were preparing for what's happening.
I feel like I still have to step up my game though, stretch these groceries runs even more and start making bread from scratch ☺️

This id us having noodles on our terrace. I bought these at Kioko, a Japanese grocery store in Paris that delivered in all of France 😍 They are now closed and I feel like I will also have to learn to make my own noodles 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️
