Eaten at the Bar Europa, Seville, Spain.
I’m not married to a giant, we’re just in Seville, the land of tapas and therefore the realm of pint-sized food.
This is a veal mini-hamburger, with raspberry ketchup and matchstick fries. The food in Sevilla is remarkably good, but at the Bar Europa the amazing combination of tradition and creativity really made an impression on us.
______________ Tapas are small snacks that occupy a very important place in Spanish cooking. More than often you won’t find any “full” course on the restaurants menus but only a long list of small plates to share. The recipes can go from simple olives or cheese to more sophisticated options like the one shown above.
