I seem to have an infinite amount of pictures of Sicilian churches left to share. They were so full of intriguing details!
One of the things that particularly caught my eye were the fabulous chandeliers hanging from the vertiginous ceilings. In gold, crystal or metal, with lightbulbs grafted onto them, which sometimes seemed like the only clue that modern times had happened outside these thick baroque walls.
